This tasty tea is an amazing cuppa to help you relax & de-stress. The 7th Heaven Calmness special organic blend of herbs & fruit is very effective in calming and assisting with a good nights sleep. Chamomile is commonly used for the following health benefits, treating anxiety and depression, allergy and hay fever treatment, anti-inflammatory, muscle spasms treatment, PMS and other menstrual complaints, insomnia, skin disorders, ulcers, wounds, gastrointestinal disorders, arthritis and rheumatic pain reliever, hemorrhoids.

Citrus oils are thought to have a wide range of health benefits  including cleansing & purification, digestion, colic relief, calmative, anti-nausea, skin nourishment and weight loss.

Rosehip is thought to have ant-aging properties, assist in the treament and reduction of skin conditions such as aging spots, sun damage eczema and acne scarring. Rosehip is a great source of vitamin c and may boost the body’s immune system and fight infections.

Hibiscus is considered by many to be a “therapeutic agent” for a number issues. Benenfits can include Reducing blood pressure, improving cholesterol & trigycerides, preventing oxidative stress, combats obessity and is a natural anti-depressant.

Caution: Extremely high dose may cause liver damage. Can cause pregnant women to menstruate or start premature labour. Can cause reduced blood pressure and blood sugars so must be used with caution when on medications for these conditions.

Brewing:

Add 1-2 teaspoons of 7th Heaven Calmness (per cup) to a cup, plunger or teapot. Add boiling water. Allow to steep for 5-8 mins. As there is no tea it will not get bitter.
