We created our Turmeric Golden Milk mix based on traditional medicine, anecdotal evidence and feedback from our customers. It is closely based on a traditional recipe from the Indian system of medicine called Ayurveda.

100% natural, we use only the highest quality Alleppey Turmeric, Ceylon Cinnamon, Ginger and Black pepper to attempt to maximise any potential health benefits.

While it is possible that Turmeric Golden Milk will assist with a number of ailments we primarily promote its benefits in treating Muscular Skeletal pain and discomfort such as that caused by Arthritis and Injury. We get feedback on an almost daily basis of the benefits that our customers are getting.

USAGE:
Being a mix of pure spices the Turmeric Golden milk can pretty much be added to any food or drink, the only limit being palatability. However we have a couple of recommendations.

1. Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Golden Milk mix to a cup of milk. Warm on the stove top. Preferably do not boil but allow to steam for 2-3 mins. Add a small amount of quality Pure Honey or Pure Maple Syrup to taste. Drink while occasionally stirring. OPTIONALLY, while there is likely some additional benefit from using full fat milk, any milk product or even water can be substituted.
2. Mix a ½ a teaspoon of Turmeric Golden Milk mix with a small amount of quality pure honey. Combine and rub through to create a solid ‘gum’ ball. Eat and allow to slowly dissolve in the mouth. This method is very good for soothing a sore throat.

CAUTION:
Both Turmeric and Ginger may have blood thinning properties. While this is not usually an issue for otherwise healthy people if you are being treated with Blood Thinners we would advise you to consult your doctor before using Golden Milk as close monitoring may be required.
